Product Description
Stone coated metal roof tile is made of aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheets, which are cut, pressed, and then adhered to ceramic sintered sand with high-performance resin adhesive.
Aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheets are electroplated with a plating solution consisting of fifty-five percent aluminum, forty-three percent zinc and 1.6% silicon. Aluminum-zinc plating layer has a strong corrosion resistance, when the zinc is subjected to wear and tear, the aluminum will form a layer of dense aluminum oxide, preventing corrosion-resistant substances to further corrode the interior, you can effectively prevent the shingle rust.
