Stone coated metal roof tile is made of aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheets, which are cut, pressed, and then adhered to ceramic sintered sand with high-performance resin adhesive. Aluminum-zinc-plated steel sheets are electroplated with a plating solution consisting of fifty-five percent aluminum, forty-three percent zinc and 1.6% silicon.
Color sand is the decorative layer and base layer of metal tiles, which is made of basalt particles of certain grain size sintered by high-tech coloring process and high temperature (700-800° calcination). It has more than ten colors (red, black, gemstone blue, sunshine orange, etc.), can resist ultraviolet irradiation, and has a natural sound insulation and noise reduction function, which can reduce the noise caused by rainwater to the metal tile.
Acrylic resin adhesive is the key material for bonding the steel plate and colored sand, and also serves as a protective layer on the surface of the colored sand, preventing the leakage of fine rainwater and prolonging the life of the sand color.
