JHL Metal Stone Coated Roof Tiles

The stone coated metal tile consists of six functional layers.

1.Base layer: 0.4–0.6mm galvalume steel sheet made of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon, which serves as the rigid support and resists rust.

2.Double-sided anti-fingerprint conversion coating, isolating moisture and boosting adhesive force.

3.Weather-resistant acrylic primer, sealing tiny pores to avoid delamination under high humidity.

4.Adhesive layer: high viscosity acrylic binder to lock stone grains tightly against rain erosion.

5.Surface layer: sintered natural basalt stone granules for UV resistance, noise reduction and stone texture.

6.Transparent top sealing coat, enhancing waterproof performance and preventing color fading. This multi-layer composite structure prevents sand loss, rusting and aging.

Our Spanish Tile Model JHL10 is a classic curved stone coated metal roof tile designed for global residential and villa construction. The overall tile dimension is 1140mm420mm, with the effective installed exposure size reaching 1090mm365mm after overlapping installation. Approximately 2.51 sheets are required to cover one square meter. Each tile weighs only 2.5kg, which greatly reduces the load on roof trusses. Made with multi-layer galvalume steel and natural basalt sand, this Spanish tile has excellent anti-rust, UV-resistant and waterproof performance. The curved Roman-style profile delivers elegant Mediterranean architectural effects.
