Color stone metal tiles are composed of aluminum-zinc steel sheet (as a substrate), anti-fingerprint coating, color sand, acrylic resin, and acrylic ester.
(1) Galvanized steel sheet is made of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon by hot dipping. Its processing and coating properties are basically the same as those of galvanized steel. The service life is 2-6 times longer than ordinary galvanized steel.
2) The galvanized surface is coated with a fingerprint-resistant coating, which protects the galvanized layer. At the same time, the anti-fingerprint coating can make the galvanized steel sheet and colored sand bond better. The color is divided into colorless transparent and light green.
3) Sintered colored sand is the decorative layer and substrate protection layer of metal tiles. It is made of certain granularity basalt particles sintered at high temperature by high-tech coloring process. It has more than ten colors, is resistant to ultraviolet radiation, and reduces the noise caused by rainwater on metal tiles.
(4) Acrylate is the key material for bonding steel plate and colored sand, and it is also the protective layer on the surface of colored sand, which can prevent rainwater seepage in details and prolong the service life of colored sand.

1.What is the payment term?
30-50% TT in advance(based on your qty ), 70% balance against copy B/L in 7 workdays. It can be negotiabled according to your demand.

In 3-5 workdays after shipment date.
