Product Raw Materials

Colored stone tile base

It is electroplated with a plating solution consisting of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon. Its processability and paintability are basically the same as those of galvanized steel sheets.

Adhesives

Base glue:
Use water-based environmentally friendly acrylic resin to bond steel plates and colored sand.
Top glue:
As a protective layer on the surface of colored sand,
prevent rainwater from seeping into the details,
extend the life of the sand color.

Basalt colored sand

 It is made of basalt particles, added with inorganic pigments and special coatings, calcined at 800℃, colored with porcelain process, and sintered.
